In Matthew 28, Jesus gives his disciples the Great Commission, a task that is still before us today.
There are 2.2 billion people in the world who will live and die without ever hearing the Gospel of Jesus. The truth is, there are not enough people to go and tell them.
That's why YWAM Orlando is committed to reaching the lost with the love of Jesus until every person on the planet has heard the Gospel, has a Bible in their heart language, and an opportunity to be discipled.
But what does that really mean?
In 2024, YWAM Orlando sent 15 teams to 24 nations around the world, and in those nations, they saw:
12,086 people hear about the love of Jesus
932 Bibles distributed in heart languages
273 people saved
That is what YWAM Orlando exists to do. The reality is that there are people in places like the Himalayas, Thailand, the Middle East, and Haiti that have access to the Bible in their own language for the very first time because of an obedient "Yes" given by our students to go and preach the Gospel to the ends of the earth. Gen Z has heard the call of the Lord to go to the hardest and the darkest and share the love of Jesus with those who have never heard.
YWAM Orlando saw 301 students trained up and sent out to nations across the globe. And this is just the beginning.
Because of your generosity and prayers, YWAM Orlando continues to grow as we train and equip this generation to carry the love of Jesus to every tongue, tribe, and nation. Together we're reaching everyone, everywhere with the love of Jesus.
Until All Have Heard,

A Woman From Southeast Asia Hears the Old Testament for the first time
While we were in Southeast Asia, I began to talk to one of our guides about these Bibles we brought with us that were solar-powered audio Bibles in Nepalese, called Torch Bibles, for the villages with little to no access to power or the Gospel.
He then began to share about his mom who believes in the Lord but has never read the Old Testament because she can't read. Our guide was so interested in the Torch Bible and wanted to know how he could get more. As the long-termer in that nation, he was going to have way more opportunity to distribute these audio Bibles to the people who had no access to the Bible in their heart language.
So I gave him one of our Torch Bibles and promised to connect him with someone who could help him get more to distribute.
A few weeks later, after we had moved locations, I received a video from our guide. And in the video, his mom was walking around her home, doing chores, with the Torch Bible in her hand playing. This woman was hearing the Old Testament for the very first time. She was hearing stories like Daniel in the lion's den, Moses, and the Psalms of David for the very first time as a believer.

A Hindu Woman Gives Her Life to Jesus
While we were on outreach in Southeast Asia, we lived in a house with Bible translators and found out that several of them were Hindu. One of these translators was a girl named Mamita. For the next several weeks we worked with our small group of translators going over chapters of the Bible, giving context on what it means and how it relates to us today.
Mamita was a very shy and soft spoken girl. For weeks and weeks she never really said much, but sat in on each of our Bible studies. I would always pray for the Lord to soften her heart and reveal himself to her. One day, I felt to ask Mamita if she had ANY question at all about Christianity. She then started talking more than I'd ever heard her talk before. She asked me why I believed in Jesus, and I got to share my personal testimony with her. I asked if she was ready to start a relationship with the Lord, and she said with a big smile, “Yes!” I was so happy and excited for her! Later that day, my friend asked her, “Mamita, are you a Christian”? She looked at me and said, “Yes. I’m finally free!”
Instant tears filled my eyes and I knew that the Lord had touched her and filled her with His love. For the rest of my time in Asia, she was no longer this shy quiet girl but a girl who had been set free and was full of joy and confidence.
